Medical ConsiderationsWhen scheduling appointments, please inform us of any medical conditions,including allergies, which may affect your services. Aromatherapy is not recommended during pregnancy. GratuityOur a-la-carte services do not include gratuities, though they are greatly appreciated. An 18% gratuity will be added to all Spa Parties. Cancellation PolicyYour spa service times are reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to our therapists and other clients, kindly give a four hour notice of the need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than four hours notice will be charged 50%. Age RequirementsAll guests must be at least 18 years of age. Any guest under 18 must have adult supervision. How to prepare for your spa dayIt is recommended that you shave one day prior to any exfoliation treatments. Do not apply any lotions or creams to your skin the day of your appointments. Your therapist will bring everything needed to create your personal day spa experience. Please note that our spa set-up (candles, robes, slippers, etc) is available when more than one service is scheduled. What should I wear?Our main concern is your comfort and enjoyment during your massage or spa appointments. Therefore, all body treatments are applied while dressed to your level of comfort. Your therapist will leave the room while you undress prior to your treatment and at the end while you get dressed. We recommend a two-piece bathing suit if you are uncomfortable being nude. Hours of Operation9am-8pm 7 days a week except major holidays. Last appointment taken at 7pm.
